About Thistle Hill Tavern

Thistle Hill Tavern is a restaurant and bar in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Our European-influenced American cooking is centered around locally-sourced seasonal produce, dairy and meat, and sustainable seafood. We also have a wide variety of vegetarian items. Our wine and beverage program highlights small-batch, artisanal producers — from single-malt whiskey bottled in New York State to biodynamic wines made in Italy.

Hours & Information

Lunch/Brunch is served Monday thru Friday from 12pm to 4pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm.

Dinner is served seven days a week from 5pm to 11pm.

Our bar is open until 12am Sunday thru Thursday and until 2am Friday and Saturday.

We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard and offer Take Out and Delivery. We do not accept reservations.
