We are pleased to introduce Thistle Hill Tavern, a new restaurant and bar in Park Slope Brooklyn. Our European- and Mediterranean-influenced cooking is centered around locally sourced, seasonal produce, dairy and meat, and sustainable seafood. We also have a wide variety of vegetarian items. Our wine and beverage program highlights small-batch, artisanal producers – from single-malt whiskey bottled in New York State to biodynamic wines made in Italy. Thistle Hill Tavern is currently serving Lunch/Brunch Monday thru Friday from 12pm to 4pm and Lunch/Brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. Dinner is served seven days a week from 5pm to 11pm. Our bar is open until 12am Sunday and Monday, 2am Tuesday thru Thursday, and until 4am Friday and Saturday.
