Thistle Hill Tavern

We are pleased to introduce Thistle Hill Tavern, a new restaurant and bar in Park Slope Brooklyn.

Our European- and Mediterranean-influenced cooking is centered around locally sourced, seasonal produce, dairy and meat, and sustainable seafood. We also have a wide variety of vegetarian items. Our wine and beverage program highlights small-batch, artisanal producers – from single-malt whiskey bottled in New York State to biodynamic wines made in Italy.

Thistle Hill Tavern is currently serving Lunch/Brunch Monday thru Friday from 12pm to 4pm and Lunch/Brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. Dinner is served seven days a week from 5pm to 11pm.

Our bar is open until 12am Sunday and Monday, 2am Tuesday thru Thursday, and until 4am Friday and Saturday.

Thistle Hill Tavern is owned and operated by David Massoni, John Bush, Chef Rebecca Weitzman
and Fat Mike, a member of the seminal punk band NOFX.
